Digital media offer noticeable opportunities for studying and working, e.g. faster information exchange, more effective work organization and a better reconciliation of work and family. At the same time, digitization itself and the corresponding human communication and usage pattern present new challenges for workers and students. This "digital stress" can have lasting effects on individuals’ well-being, performance, work efficiency and social relationships.
In order to use the advantages of digital technology and at the same time reduce potential negative effects, we develop and evaluate a psychological training on behavioral and cognitive methods.
