Scientific Abstract
The MedTech Bootcamp is an 8-week training program for European project teams to build skills during the early stages of launching a startup. Young entrepreneurs, graduate students, and professionals with a startup idea in medical technology or Healthtech will receive training in business model design and validation, as well as tailored mentoring from medical doctors, industry representatives, and regulatory professionals.
The objective of the MedTech Bootcamp is to provide participants with theoretical and practical knowledge on important topics for their successful access to the market, such as business models (IPN), finance (IESE), market access, pitching, and regulations (FAU), among others.
After attending the common sessions and individual mentoring, both tailored to their needs & their TRL (2-4), by the end of the MBC, the startups will present the knowledge acquired in a final validation pitch with stakeholders and know their path to launch onto the European market.
