Abstract

Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes were connected to noble metal leads with low contact resistance between tube and metal. Electrical transport measurements have been performed below 0.1 K in a magnetic field applied perpendicularly to the Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes longitudinal axis. We have investigated in these measurements the dependence of the electrical transport through the nanotubes on magnetic field strength and direction, and on source-drain-voltage. Oscillatory behaviour as a function of the magnetic field and the source-drain-voltage is observed.
