BAIOSPHERE MEDICAL 2026 brought clinicians, imaging scientists and AI researchers to Erlangen on 8–9 June 2026 to advance artificial intelligence in medical imaging — from methodological foundations to clinical translation. This volume collects the 93 peer-reviewed abstracts (Main and Highlight tracks) and four keynote lectures presented at the symposium, which was conceived only three months earlier at ECR 2026 in Vienna.
